DELIVERIES & RETURNS
Our shipping rates are calculated based on the estimated weight and size of the items. We use services from Royal Mail Signed For and Royal Mail International Signed for both domestic and international shipping.
For all shipping inside the UK we use Royal Mail 1st class tracked and signed for.
For all European & International purchases we will use Royal Mail Signed For and Royal Mail International Signed dependent on your choice at the checkout. Each service requires a signature on delivery. For completely accurate shipping costs then use the Postage & Packaging calculator at checkout.

Please be aware of customs and duty fees the customer will be liable to pay in any destination outside the EU. We are not responsible for any parcels returned for unpaid customs fees and will not issue refunds under these circumstances. If you have any other delivery questions feel free to contact us. All orders are delivered with Royal Mail. Group A will be shipped Signed For, Groups B and C will be shipped International Signed. Please find the breakdown in the table below:

All sales final. No returns. In case of damaged or missing merchandise, we are able to offer either a full refund or exchange for the item in question, depending upon availability. We cannot guarantee that purchased items will remain in stock. To acquire a refund or exchange, we require a receipt and visual proof of damage. In case of damaged merchandise, please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. For all requests, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org or through the Contact section of our webiste. Once proof of missing or damaged merchandise is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a reasonable period.
