HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

We accept most major credit and debit cards, including the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, as well as PayPal.


WHERE DO YOU SHIP AND HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

All orders will be shipped using both Royal Mail Signed For and Royal Mail International Signed for both domestic and international shipping. Each service requires a signature on delivery. Please find the breakdown in the table below:

*Please note, shipping prices quoted in the table above are for the postage of one item, shipping prices will vary with the purchase of multiple items and large orders, please use the postage & packaging calculator at the checkout for completely accurate shipping costs.


WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Delivery time depends on your location, and the size of your order. U.K orders placed before 4pm will be posted the next business day, and will typically take between 3 - 4 business days, Central Europe within 5 business days, all other countries please allow up to 10 business days. Note these delivery times are estimates and may vary.


DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Yes, you can return a item if it does not fit or is faulty up to 14 days after receiving your order, providing the item is not damaged. Please note we will only be able to exchange items or issue a credit note. Shipping and handling is not refundable. We are also not able to cover the return postage costs. Please refer to the Deliveries & Returns section of our website for more information.


WILL I BE CHARGED TAX OR CUSTOMS ON ORDERS?

You will not be charged any extra tax or customs if you live within the E.U. If you live outside the E.U, you may be charged customs or import tax. Contour is not responsible for import duty or customs tax, and this is solely the responsibility of the buyer.


VAT?

VAT is included in the prices shown on the website.


CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been shipped, you will get a confirmation email and a Royal Mail tracking number.


WHERE ARE YOU BASED?!

We are based in Penzance, west Cornwall,  in the very most south westerly tip of the United Kingdom. It is beautiful here, despite it being windy at times, you are never too far from the sea, and there is an awesome skateboarding scene down here.


WHAT SIZE SHOULD I BUY?

Please refer to the SIZE CHART in the product desciption for each garment, to make sure you are buying the perfect size. If you’re still confused as to which size suits you best, drop us an email at contourskateco@gmail.com


CAN I BUY CONTOUR PRODUCTS ANYWHERE ELSE?

You can currently buy Contour Skate Co. products from Roots Penzance. If you’re interested in stocking Contour please contact us at contourskateco@gmail.com or through the Contact section of our website.


HOW DO I KEEP MY GARMENT LOOKING FRESH?

We advise only washing our garments on a cool, 30 degree wash and please avoid ironing over the print area. Although you can tumble dry our items, we highly recommend allowing our garments to line dry to keep them looking fresh. Help save the climate, WASH COOL LINE DRY.


WHEN DO YOU UPDATE YOUR ONLINE SHOP WITH NEW ITEMS?

Most of the items we release do not have set release dates. Please follow us on social media; Facebook, Instagram. To be the first to know, each time we release a new product.


DO YOU RE-STOCK YOUR PRODUCTS?!

We don't tend to restock our products, as our items are very limited and our clothing designs are never re-released in the same colour-way, and our product runs are never extended, which means that products don't stick around for long. However its worth checking if a garment is not in your size because on occasion we will re stock some of our products. Please make sure to check back frequently if an item you want is not available at the time you are on this site.


DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

Unfortunately we do not offer gift cards to spend online, we can offer you a credit note to spend on our website if you decide to return an item, and will occasionally offer a discount code promotion to spend online.
